March 1: Deadline for ALL UNIFORMS TO BE DRY CLEANED
Chaperone Meeting March 12 at 7:00 in the High School library. Attendance required.
7:00 am rehearsals: March 9,11,12,15,16,18 and 19. All band members must atttend all 8 rehearsals.
Luggage inspection March 22 7-8:30pm.
March 23, 2010: All student must attend school ALL DAY.
Payment Plan:
May 1, 2009 $150.00
September 15, 2009 $150.00 with a total of $300.00 in each account
November 15, 2009 $150.00 with a total of $450.00 in each account
January 15, 2010 $150.00 with a total of $600.00 in each account
February 15, 2010 $175.00 with a total of $775.00 in each account
(note:the price of tour has increased by $25.00)
Total cost of the tour $775.00. It is imperative that all students and chaperones understand that once the deadline of February 15th has passed, there will be no refunds of tour payments.
All parents and students will not alter the Disney Tour 2010 itinerary for any reason. If you and your family plan to extend the Disney Tour beyond the schedule date of March 28, 2010, then please understand that the official date and time in which the tour ends is March 27, 2010 (following the "Fantasmic" performance). We will meet the students who are returning with the band and their parents (PARENTS OR GRANPARENTS ONLY--NO BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIENDS) at the busses in the MGM parking lot to sign the release papers.
All students and chaperones must ride the busses to participate with Disney Tour 2010. If you are not on the bus March 23, 2010 at 3:30pm, then you are not participating with Marysville Bands.
To participate with the Marysville Bands, the payment of $775.00 must be paid in full by February 15, 2010.
Advanced payments are allowed before any of the due dates. Advanced payments can be sent to or paid at the band Booster meetings.
